WHO WE ARE
Embroidery Excellence is owned and operated by Len and Sharon Vertigan and was established in January 2002. Over the years we have evolved from being a customer focused embroidery company to being a complete clothing supplier and decoration business, while still maintaining a real focus on you the customer. As a testament to our customer service we still have a number of clients that joined us back in 2002 and are still valuable customers today. We believe that once you have dealt with us, you will always come back because we make you feel important and you get exactly what you are after. Our suppliers have changed over time but we believe we have access to the best range of quality clothing at very competitive prices. From companies like DNC work and leisure wear, Aussie Pacific, Fashion Biz and Jonny Bobbin for all your workwear, corporate, leisure and sports clothing and we can supply caps and bags. We also use other suppliers for specialised items such as fire retardant and or Arc Rated workwear. As we have grown we made a conscious decision to focus on small to medium businesses, small one off jobs and specialty items for individuals and sporting clubs.
To that end we now have 4 individual embroidery machines. By doing this it has enabled us to do the smaller jobs and can run up to four different designs at the same time which enables us to provide great turnaround times at very competitive prices. This doesn’t mean we can’t do large jobs because we can run all four machines on the same design to ensure that we maintain our target of 5 working days from date of order to delivery of the customers finished product. We have diversified a little bit and we can not only embroider on your items but can now print on them as well using the latest heat transfer print process. We felt that there was a need for a cost efficient way to place logos or pictures on garments that where either too big or too intricate to make embroidery a cost effective option. We have done numerous jobs where we have incorporated both embroidery and print on the same shirts to great effect.

In April 2002 we found that for us to become a true asset to our customers we needed to be able to offer a complete logo/emblem service to our clientele. To do this we have purchased the latest digitising program available. That means that you the customer can have your logo designed exactly as you want it right here right now.
